Our service call fee is $95.00 plus tax which covers the trip to your home and diagnosis of the appliance. After the appliance has been diagnosed you will be provided with a total repair price quote, which will include the service call fee, part(s) price, cost of labor, and GST.

WHERE TO LOCATE YOUR APPLIANCE MODEL #
Your appliance model # will be printed on a sticker, usually in one of the locations specified below:
Refrigerator – On the inside wall of fresh food compartment, near the top. Otherwise, on the inside ceiling of the refrigerator.
Front-Load Washer/Dryer – On the front panel, behind the washer door.
Range / Oven – Behind the storage drawer door.
Wall Oven – On the bottom of the control panel or the side of oven cavity, outside the door seal.
Top-Load Washer – On the top panel, underneath the hinging end of the lid. Alternatively, on the top or rear of the control panel.
Dishwasher – On the side of the door, or on the inside of the tub, just outside of the door seal.
Microwave – On the side of the door or on the front panel behind the door.
